I wanted to take this time out and really tell you that I do appreciate it, and I did not receive anything for Valentine’s day from anyone else, or organization. After looking into who and what OASIS was, I deeply was impressed with the sacrifice, and support you all have created for soldiers overseas like myself. I am currently serving with the 1st Armored division as an Infantryman in Rc-South , Kandahar City , Kandahar . I have been in the Army only 6 years, and this is my 3rd overseas tour. My first was in 07 in Iraq , 2010 Afghanistan , and now. You guys have motivated me to want to give back and start some type of organization to help troops and family remembers through donations, and other morale boosting means. The 2nd grade class at Bear Lake Elementary did an amazing job with the cards, And I handed them out to all of my battle buddies. One card in particular was from Briana, Troop # 1964 that has a picture of a Dog or a mouse and it says Woof! ” I feel upset when you’re gone , Tank u for your help” , that really hit home and made me realize a lot. I will keep this card forever, although I want them all.. I can only take a few things back. Please pass on if possible, I received her letter, and I loved it, Thank you so much!!!
